Problems changing my avatar

I'm pretty sure I'm doing it right but my avatar won't update. I go to my profile, go where you upload a new one, I choose and upload the new image but it doesn't change. I know it's the right size and file format but it still won't work. Anyone know what's up? [img]frown.gif[/img]

Instead of 96x96 try to make it 95x95, this once solved a similar problem of mine.

Or delete all your temporary internet files, usually your pc will keep the old image as it has the same name.

Thanks CO. My avatar images are all 75 x75 @ 72 dpi so the size should be about right. Not sure how to delete my internet files (I'm on a mac). If you can tell me how to do that I'll give it a shot.

I'm using PC, but this is how it works for me.

On your explorer, go to tools, then 'internet options'. You could get a table that has various tabs but look at the first one with title 'general' and find the section 'Temporary Internet files' there it should give you the option to delete them. (you might have to relog onto the board afterwards.) And be careful not to delete your cookies or history.

Though this is from my PC which is not a MAC, so I could be very well incorrect, lets wait and see if maybe other MAC users can help you.
